Metricon Homes is Victoria\'s leading home builder. They are a rapidly growing and award winning organisation. Working as part of a large and dynamic finance team you will administer national payroll services in conjunction with an outsourced provider reporting to the Group Financial Controller. You will ensure both fortnightly and monthly payrolls are managed in an accurate and timely manner, in accordance with company policies and audit requirements.

Your key focus areas will include payroll coordination, payroll tax, superannuation, reporting and general administration. In addition you will manage the relationship with the outsourced provider, working closely to resolve day to day issues while implementing efficiency improvements.

You will have solid experience in payroll administration, payroll reporting for the finance team and FBT reconciliation and reporting. Ideally you will have multiple payroll systems experience and/or the ability to learn new systems quickly.

You will have the attention to detail required for this position as well as the ability to adapt your style in a changing environment. You will be customer centric, enjoy taking initiative and proactively problem solve. You will enjoy building strong internal relationships at all levels and partnering with both HR and Finance regarding payroll.
