Team Leader

We currently have an opportunity for a team leader in our Disease management te am, which promotes and assists patients in managing their chronic illness. We require a service and results focused leader to develop and mentor a team of registered nurses in our contact centre located in Richmond.

Your primary focus will include:

• Provide leadership, coaching and mentoring to nurses to optimise service performance in compliance with clinical and contractual guidelines
• Assisting staff to achieve or exceed agreed target performance standards through the provision of effective coaching
• Implementing performance improvements through regular feedback and mentoring
• Drive cultural change initiatives / projects to ensure a positive work environment
• Supporting effective communication across the business

You will have previous leadership and management experience and the ability to implement initiatives to improve performance. You will have gained experience in a contact centre environment managing outbound programs with an understanding of conversion rates, managing performance levels and achieving results through people. You will need to be computer literate with excellent communication skill and possess the ability to engage staff. Clinical experience and a knowledge of the healthcare industry is desirable along with experience in program development.
